The reason I didn't give them an A overall is when I received the invoice they charged me for 2 hours labor at $50.00 per hour. When I called about it I explained the situation and told them I would pay for 1 hour but not 2. The person later called me back and said they would send me a new invoice with just 1 hour labor charged.
