"I contacted the owner Greg and he promptly scheduled a time to provide a free estimate for a new irrigation system. Greg was timely, professional and very knowledgeable of the new products and technologies offered for automatic irrigation systems.  I was provided a detailed contract including equipment list, 1 year warranty on labor and workmanship and a 5 year warranty on parts. The installation costs seemed reasonable, but more importantly the quality of their work is excellent!  I got a kick out of another review that commented on the motley crew that does the installs. It was a motley crew....and they did work!! I would recommend Winchel any day. <br />"

Ralph stayed in contact with me through the whole process. These guys do a great job, are very helpful, and do what they say and when. If not, they will let you know. "I have a service agreement with them. They come out depending on what they are doing. They come out in June and August. They also come out in the Fall. They might come out every other month. I don't have any grubs. I don't have them aerate the grass. The cost is comparable. It's a little bit more, but I am more satisfied than other companies I have used. It's a little bit more expensive. The quality of the work is good. Most of the time I am not here. They will leave me a note on the door to let me know. They also call to let me know. I mow the lawn but I don't do other stuff. He was very patient and answered all my questions, and then I said thank you for spending all this time with me but you really need to talk to my husband! That was fine with him. He called my husband, who also had questions. We haven't had the service yet because it is not the right time of year, but we are really happy with him so far. "Eric came out to do an estimate within a day or two of our calling.  We had the written estimate within two days after that.  Their estimate was much lower than the other estimate we obtained.  They showed up on time on the date given and installed the entire system with minimal disturbance to our yard.  The workmen were very friendly, courteous and professional.  They thouroughly explained how to operate the system before they left.  When someone drove over a sprinkler head within the first week and broke it, they came out the next day and moved the heads backs and did the repair.  We were very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them. <br /> <br /> <br />"

They even volunteered to clear the snow from my driveway by shovel when my machine wouldn't start.
