"The job went very well and looked better than I imagined. I had a traditional pressure treated deck that was built 25 years ago. "Walter pruned it just enough to lessen the lop-sided load. At the last minute I realized that the cut-leaf maple in front needed to be pruned as it was touching the house and bedroom window. They did so without charge. I also asked them, with the sun close to setting, to trim the hedges/bushes. They gave me a good rate and did it very nicely, even blowing the fallen leaves (already on the lawn before they arrived) to the kerb, again at no charge. "I'm particularly critical of anyone I pay to do a job and not get what I paid for. It's just rude, disrespectful and all those things. I believe in treating others as you would want to be treated. Ripping people off, in my humble opinion, is a form of abuse.
Of course, we're dealing with a business transaction here. Not a friend or relative helping me move my refrigerator to a relative's house. So you just don't know what you're gonna get. Isn't that why you're supposed to withhold payment until the job is done?
 Don't want to get into all the boring details, but there's a reason Central Jersey Removal's ratings are what they are: These guys earned them. Every last detail was attended to removing the refrigerator (including taking apart the door and drawers and the re-assembly) and delivering it to the requested destination and placing it in the house exactly where I wanted.
