"Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling.

This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms.

During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations.

Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. Dust-protection of floors, staged items and furniture was well-implemented, with residual particles (floaters) needing post-remodeling attention.

I want to thank Nathan and KN Remodeling

"Their skilled craftsmen transformed our dated living room into a beautiful open-concept space. They removed the load-bearing wall safely, installing a massive support beam flawlessly."

"Gino was always available and we chose him initially because of how proactive he was. We sought multiple bids on our renovation and he had quotes to us by the end of the day. We had told him that we needed to be on a very tight schedule and he took that to heart. He told us that the job would be done in less than 10 weeks and he stuck to that schedule. We spoke nearly every day and he was on site to oversee the crew as they completed the job. He took us to his house to see his own work, and accompanied us to look at hardwood floors and stone. He was available whenever we needed him and wanted us to be very happy with the result. He finished on time and every looks very nice!"

"We did our bathroom renovation through Green Renovation California that was a great experience they were always on time and did explain us every step of the way I highly recommend this company and we are very happy with the result the timing was actually very good in the bathroom looks like brand new they also made an additional room for us for storage and that was a great addition to my house"

"I contacted Topaz Remodeling Inc. to complete my home remodeling and I must say this is the most professional company I have ever worked with. I received an estimate in a timeless manor and the job completed by them was very reasonable/affordable. It was a breeze to deal with all the workers, especially Joe! I definitely will be hiring Topaz Remodeling in the future & will be referring them to all my friends and family."

"We recently completed our pool remodel and exterior house painting project, and we are very happy with the results. Efi and his crews were professional, punctual, and attention close to detail throughout the entire project. The pool renovation came out beautiful, and the mini pebble finish, tile, and coping all look beautiful together. The exterior paint completely refreshed the look of our home and gave it a clean, modern appearance. Efi was professional, detail oriented and addressed concerns promptly, and delivered excellent quality work. We appreciate all the hard work and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pool remodeling or exterior house painting."

"Nathan and his crew did an amazing job. They did a garage conversion and the price was extremely reasonable. The customer service was outstanding and all issues were addressed promptly and without question. Nathan even let us make adjustments to the project and never charged any extra money. This included raising the ceiling from 10 feet to a full vaulted ceiling. He also threw in a new garage side door for free. I would venture to guess that this is almost unheard of in the contracting world. We will not hesitate to call Nathan in the future. He is officially our contractor and will definitely be called for future projects. Thank you so much Nathan. We are so happy with our new room. It turned out fantastic!!!"

"We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. Our remodel had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all he was a great guy and I'm happy to call him a friend even years after the work is done. Highly recommend!"
