"I hired Performance Floors and Coating for an epoxy floor in my garage and couldnt be more disappointed. The installer completely disregarded my detailed instructions, photos, and even a video tutorial I provided. Instead, he created a bizarre and inconsistent pattern, including "tiger stripes" (he called them veins), smudged cloudy areas, and a checkerboard pattern due to overlapping corrections. It looked nothing like what I had specified. Despite multiple conversations with management and the salesman, no one offered a solution or even an apology just arguments and excuses. The job cost me $5,700, and I had to spend another $2,575 to have it redone properly by someone else. This company doesnt stand behind its work and fails to guarantee customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and hire a company that values their clients and their craftsmanship."
