"If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable company to repair/maintain your garage doors, the search is over when you contact Steve at Master Garage Door. I've never run faster to the computer to complete a review like I did this morning. A few weeks ago, I noticed my main garage door seemed to be a little sluggish when it was opened or closed. Several friends and neighbors suggested calling Master Garage Door because they all had excellent experiences with their team. When I called the office, the receptionist was very nice and able to find an appointment despite my chaotic schedule. This morning, I received a call to let me know the team would be able to arrive a little earlier than my appointment. Joshua was amazing! He noticed the problem right away and explained how it could've possibly happened, as well as ways to prevent it from reoccurring. I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs. Master Garage Door is unlike any other company I've hired and will be the ONLY one I call and refer family/friends/strangers to when their garage needs some attention. "I love my sliding glass door. The problem is with my front door replacement. The panels on it are warping. Nick and Cedric tried to get the panels straightened by shooting some nails into the ends and smoothing them with something that looks like calking. Also the reinstall of my storm door is poor, in that the handle side tilts down causing the bottom of the door to hit the frame and therefore does not close properly. Nick and Cedric came out mid October 2025 to check on it. Thought they fixed the storm door problem, but the problem returned about a week later. I was told at that time that they would order a new door from their supplier to replace the one that had warped panels. It?s been 3 months now! They have not returned my 16 calls or several emails inquiring as to when to expect my new door. Not a peep! My door will not fix itself. Come on! I spent $12,284.00 with Mister Window. I should have some follow up and rectification by now!"

We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do.
