"I interviewed several contractors for my main bathroom remodel and chose VKB for their professionalism, design, and overall approach to the process. My objective was to have a large shower with a seat since the existing shower was the size of a phone booth and the bathroom configuration presented challenges. From the very first meeting with the design consultant, BURJU, I was impressed with her ideas and suggestions and her willingness to work within my established budget. She didn't recommend or suggest unnecessary or unwanted over the top items that would have blown my budget. Project manager, JASON, was on top of everything, stayed in touch with me almost daily, made sure I had all the correct cabinets and fixtures, provided me with his cell number, and asked each time if I had any questions. "This review is for the Champion in Baltimore, Maryland (Essex area).  I don't know if all Champions would offer the same quality and customer service.  First of all, I would like to say that we love our sunroom.  It faces the woods behind our property and we have enjoyed watching the wildlife....birds, groundhogs, squirrels and even deer.  The 4-season Champion sunroom is solidly built and has the feel of a true addition rather than just a porch.  We had their vinyl beadboard installed on the ceiling and the house wall.  Instead of the carpeting they offered, we installed our own Pergo wood laminate floor which turned out great.  An electrician installed a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and a wall light for an additional cost.  We did not get the heat pump that they offered--we are trying a space heater and fan since we have some heating/air conditioning coming into the sunroom with the French doors open.  All the staff was helpful, polite and professional.  Did everything go perfectly?  Does it ever on a big project?  The French door installers started to install the door backward from what we wanted--luckily we caught them in time and it was possible to correct.  One window was defective in that it had handprints inside the 2 glass panes, but Champion quickly replaced it. Overall, the project took 5 weeks (it could have been shorter) and went well.  We truly enjoy the extra space and relaxing/scenic view. Our three cats are thrilled also."

"Deck Cetera was only one of the 6 companies that contacted me for me to  get a quote from.  They were professional from the start.  Was quick with writing and emailing the details.  They seemingly had all their 'ducks in a row' for the most part. Once the project was started...I had to stay check on them and ultimately they DID DO WHAT OUR CONTRACT said and I am VERY happy about that. It just took more effort on my part to follow up on things to get to that end result.....more than I would have thought. But they DID go to the effort to make sure I was happy and to  do everything I asked. That is much more than most companies do. IT is a beautiful patio and my tenant is happy that we did that for her. Overall...I would give them a letter grade of B+ if there was one.  I will give them a bit ...so I gave them an A."

"TJ and Tony, the owners of EA Roofing and Siding, LLC were great!! I found them to be very professional, competitively priced and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They provided samples and a written estimate at our first meeting and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They even coordinated and met with the insurance adjuster to make sure things went smoothly and helped us to make sure we were in compliance with our HOA. I couldn't be happier with the final result (the house looks like brand new!!) -and the architectural shingles were a nice upgrade. I attached a before and after photo of one side of the house as well as a couple other photos. (The quoted price was for all work completed but we only had to pay for a deductible since our HOI covered the hail damage.)"
