"The owner (Will) was very courteous and professional. As my purchase was a deal on AL, it took a little while (1 month) to make the appointment because of the busy time frame and probably lots of people purchasing the same deal. The crew came out when I wasn't home, so some things needed touch-up. I called the owner and he sent the crew out the next business day to finish the job. Typically it's hard to get the contractor to come back once they deem that the job is finished, so even though it didn't initially go as expected (mainly because I was not home) I was very happy with the fact that they came back to finish the job properly."
