The repairs and maintenance include flat roof repair and recoat to protect foam underneath. His team also found wood rot facia board and to check all the boards at the front of my home had to remove accent tiles above to access. In so doing, found three places of leakage not yet evident. These were repaired and subsequently sealed to prevent any further damage. The tiles then had to be replaced and due to being previously painted over by the HOA had to be touched up to look exactly as before. Mr. Williams went more than the extra mile to find the wood exactly as what was used originally to replace for the fascia board in the repair. In addition he sought out to find the original type of tiles used in the construction of my home to replace tiles that did not survive in the process. The wood and the tiles no longer produced, he found them! Awesome job!"
