"It took two months to replace the window. All the people involved, from the lady who answers the phones, to the person in charge of the order and the installers, where friendly and professional. There were a few small communication issues, but I guess it's a busy office. I had to be proactive and call in when I had not heard from them in a while. The install was delayed a couple of times by rain, then they discovered the supplier had sent the wrong replacement pane. They had to order from a different company to get a quick delivery. But two months is too long to wait for a simple window pane replacement."
