"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Brandon did a great job finding a replacement and installing a new dishwasher. He was on time, service was fast and friendly. Will call in the future with new plumbing/appliance issues."

We have been using Tyler for handyman service to care for and upkeep our ski in/out condo in the heart of Keystone for over 4 years now. He is fairly priced, dependable, does great work, and has always come through for us - even in a pinch. We always recommend Tyler to other home owners. Good work is hard to find, so stop looking and hire Tyler! You will be happy you did."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
