We also liked that all unforseeable extras, like wood rot under the shingles or flashing, were discussed beforehand with very fair price tags attached to them. There were aways enough people on site to get the job done as quickly as possible. When a problem arose, the contractor dealt with it in a very accomodating way. The quality of the work and the materials used seemed very good to me, but I am no specialist. Bottom line: A contractor experience more pleasant than what we usually found on the island.

"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

They even used a large magnet to make sure there were no nails, screws, etc. left on ground. They were very careful around the house and did no damage to house or landscaping.
