He even graded the land made a firepit laid an abundance of sod and helped me to start part of my garden (planting four trees , two blueberry bushes. A pomegranates bush, two crate myrtle trees) and now I need to create a drain passage from all the water we are getting from our neighbors yard. Im already on the books for that in the future..
