"Diagnostician/Estimator and Plumbing team were just excellent. Sewer work and team very good, but also very pricey. Repairs on system were well done - crawlspace access area was damaged to extract the old sewage tank. Damage is still being repaired by homeowner. Harts rebated some cost to cover access damage. All Harts team members were fully vaccinated, wore masks, and were great to work with. Harts completed work within 1 day within quoted costs. New sewer pump alarm system system malfunctioned right after the install was finished - Harts sent a repair tech out to fix it on next day - excellent service - fixed the twisted tank float problem - no charge. Building inspector noticed new sump pump was tilted and alarm wiring was not properly affixed to the house - minor issues, I would hire Harts again but negotiate hours and pricing ."

"Called Topgun at 9:15 on 6/28 after a couple of days of trying to clear drain system ourselves.  Spoke with Christie to explain the problem and was told the call would be returned shortly. Jay called back and scheduled arrival between 1-3 that afternoon.  He was here just after 1 and gave me an estimate after looking at the problem.  He was very professional and worked until the drains were clear. Very pleased with his work and would call Topgun again if their services are needed in the future."

"We've used O'Neill plumbing for years. They are very professional and charge a reasonable price for the work they do (unlike some other well advertised plumbers in the Seattle area). I am pretty handy and can do most of the routine stuff myself but it is nice to have a good plumber who I can rely on to do a good job and know I won't get ripped off. "It went fantastically well. They replaced my cracked side sewer line, through 2 deep holes hooked it up to my house sewer and the sewer line which goes into the main sewer. They filled both holes, replanted my plants, and reset my rocks and my front yard looks brand new. What a more positive experience ! "We discovered that our lower toilet had overflowed and since it had been quite a while since the septic tank had been pumped we presumed that it was time.  Well  --  not quite the situation.  We called and left a message (it was Sunday) and Gary returned the call late that day and said he was already booked for Monday but that if an early time on Monday worked he would come by.  OK let's go for it.  When Gary arrived he had to dig to expose the pipe connection and that's where he found the REAL problem.  TREE ROOTS.  Typically he does not deal with this situation and he suggested that another company be brought in to clear the roots.  However, Gary did a bit of poking around in the pipe and cleared the roots and the toilet now was back in action.  It was now time for Gary to move on to his previous commitments but we agreed to have him return and pump the tank.  Two days later Gary returned to do the pumping however he had to dig to holes the tank covers.  The digging was extra but quite reasonable especially in our "rocky" ground.  So --  all in all a great experience and the next time we have a "sewer pumping" challenge, Gary is the guy.  Oh by the way,  Mr. tree has been removed. <br />"
