"My neighbor hired this company to install a new fence around their entire backyard and to remove the old fence. Our neighbors rent their house out so they were not there when the fence was installed. I own the house on one side of theirs and I was at home during the install. The crew did not appear to speak to english when I tried to talk to them, I cautioned them several times about places the heavy debri on top of the owners drainage system and I was ignored. The workers also came into MY backyard without asking permission, They were using my gate to enter and leave my yard and have broken the gate. It no longer latches shut. In addition, they removed at least some of the old posts by sawing them and leaving the remains in the ground and just digging new holes for the post. This has caused a huge issue for me as the owner of the house nextdoor. Our lots are on a hill and now all the yard debri is actually washing thru the fence into my yard. The holes from the original fence were never filled in and the concrete that was poured for the new post is all over my yard. My dry river bed now needs to be repaired as a result of this company (it is adjacent to the fence). I have reached out to the company and provided pictures and they have not gotten back to me. I am very upset that I am going to have to pay money to have my yard and gate fixed due to a fence that this company installed on my neighbors yard. Bewarned about the crews that this company employees and their lack of caring about your personal property or your neighbors. Update: After posting the initial review, the owner reached out to me. He came out with a crew and fixed the fence gate. They said the lawn issues are due to settling (the yards are on a hill) and I would need to contact the owner of the house or just fix that myself."

"I was very happy with CLM from their estimate to completion of the job. Their price was below the other two estimates I received. They told me when they expected the fencing to be in stock and began work right on schedule. The crew dug up all the roots and weeds that had grown between the two fences that they had to remove to put up the new fence."

"We had a great experience from end to end with Tim and his crew.  They showed up right on time and we're prepared with 3 guys (including Tim), hand trucks, furniture pads, and shrink wrap. They immediately jumped into preparing all of the items which consistent of mainly large furniture (e.g. beds, media centers, bookcases, etc) and about 10 boxes of mixed sizes that we packed prior to their arrival.  They packed everything up in an efficient manner and it took about an hour and a half to get on the road.  After a drive down to the new place, they jumped right out and started moving stuff. They had a little trouble with a few items that were large and had to cut around tight corners or spaces; however, they were proactive in figuring out a way to get the furniture in by removing a handrail or two.  As soon as they were done with those items, they promptly re-attached the handrails and continued on with the rest of the move.  They were also very conscientious to make sure they weren't tracking mud or any debris into the house as they loaded/unloaded.  Tim's crew were also very personable and polite. All said, we had no damage done to any of the furniture or items we packed (some of which was glassware). We are very happy with the move and the great job done by Tim and his team!"

"The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

"We had hail damage to our roof and siding, and some wood damage to the front porch, bay window and garage door due to age and poor maintenance. EA Roofing and Siding basically replaced/repaired the entire exterior of our home. It was such a pleasure to work with TJ and Tony - they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. They replaced the roof, checking for any hidden damage along the way. They replaced the damaged boards at no additional cost to us. They also replaced all soffit and flashing on the house.
After the roof came the siding. They removed the old aluminum siding, wrapped the house with an additional layer of insulation and installed the beautiful new vinyl siding. (The house is so much quieter now!) When the siding was complete, they installed new gutters with leaf guards, new downspouts and replaced the shutters.
The company also rebuilt our wrap around front porch, replacing old wooden railing with vinyl railing. Originally, they thought they would just wrap the existing support posts with vinyl, but it turned out the interior of the supports provided by the builder were cheap aluminum and not the wooden 4X4s they expected to find. At no additional cost to us, EA Roofing and Siding replaced the metal posts with the proper supports, and then covered them with vinyl. We also had a bay window in the back of the house that needed repair. They completely rebuilt it using vinyl materials. They both turned out beautiful and maintenance free!
TJ also helped us design a deck on the back of the house. They built a beautiful deck with composite decking and vinyl railing. To make the deck area look even better, they painted the patio door and installed a new screen door for us.
Additional work to our home included replacing our old wooden garage door with a new insulated aluminum garage door, complete with a new opener; painting the basement wall around the entire house exterior; relocating and replacing the outside lamp post and replacing all exterior light fixtures; repainting the front door to match the new shutters and changing out all the old door hardware with new; fixing a crack in the concrete front porch foundation; and just to complete the look, replacing the old doorbell with a new one.
Again, this company is such a pleasure to do business with! They strive to exceed your expectations and will do whatever it takes to be sure you are happy with the job. They are fair, honest and provide excellent quality materials and work. When we need any work done on our home’s interior, we will not hesitate to call them to do the job. You will not go wrong if you choose them to work for you!

"It did not work out too well. The schedule it was just horrendous, for example they were scheduled to come at 4:00 on a particular day and about 10 minutes before I get an email saying he wasn't coming because of delays with other clients. That didn't make me real happy. I don't know on the price, I guess it was ok. They did not paint my deck because it had been painted before, and they said they could not do that, so they just power washed it for $279, or whatever the price was. I would not use them again. Do not use them. Scheduling was horrdenous and then once I did get them scheduled they didn't show up, and when they did show up they were late. The work was inferior."

"Jose and his team did a very good job! I needed to get an entire stair railing painted with two colors and within two days over the weekend as I was very tight on time. They completed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!"

"Scheduling the appointment via Angie's List was very easy.  The provider was responsive and was flexible when I requested that we change the date.
The workers showed up promptly at 8 am, introduced themselves, removed their shoes and then assessed the work to be performed and the supplies I had purchased.  It would be helpful if more details were provided about exactly what needs to be purchased.  The customer has to buy the supplies, but you're not told specifics.  When I went to buy the sheet of drywall, the person at Home Depot asked "What kind do you need?  What thickness?"  Um, I have no idea.  So I purchased a whole sheet of what I thought would be ok, and that worked out fine (however they only needed 1/4 of the sheet, so now I'm left having to get rid of the rest).  I bought plaster, but the worker told me it wasn't the right kind because it would require 24 hours to dry so they wouldn't be able to paint it.  He told me to exchange it for a quick set plaster, so I sent my son off to Home Depot to exchange it.  That worked out fine in the end, but as a homeowner who is not exactly repair savvy, it was a little frustrating.  I realize that in order to offer the services at such a great price they need to cut corners somewhere!  But as I said, more details on exactly what and how much to purchase would have been appreciated.
They got right to work on repairing the drywall in the master bedroom, and painting the master bath.  They worked hard for the entire 8 hours, and just before 4 pm the head worker asked me to come take a look and see if all was well.  I loved how the repaired drywall looked, you couldn't even tell there had been a problem.  The painting job was nice, but I did notice some specks of paint on the vanity in the master bath, and in the sink.  I cleaned those up - no problem - but it would have been better had they used some of the plastic that I purchased for covering things to cover up the vanity.  As it was, an entire roll of plastic was left over.
I would definitely use this crew again!  They were polite, efficient, and good at their jobs.  Overall, I'm very pleased with the end results!
