"Julio and his team did a wonderful "handyman"-type job for me. I highly recommend him and his company. Details: I recently purchased two specialized, folding fire-escape ladder systems from a company in New Jersey. But I needed someone local to install the devices on my house. They look like big downspouts, but when a user pulls a pin at the top, they fold out to sideways ladders that allow people to escape from upstairs windows. Julio came out to my home to watch the installation video that the fire-escape company had on their website, and then said "no problem" to install the ladders. He returned a couple of days later with a two-man crew, and they installed both ladders in about 5 hours. No muss, no fuss. He charged me $550, which I found fairly reasonable for a three-person crew for that amount of time--particularly since it was kind of an unusual installation job. During the job, Julio was faced with two or three minor complications, which he handled without any problems. I think that speaks well of his expertise as a handyman. Julio and his crew were exactly what I was looking for this kind of job."

"It went very well. William came to my home, measured and set up a date. My driveway was larger than the 150 square feet allowed for the $1400.00 deal; and I wanted it widened a bit so the cost was more. Laying concrete has to be scheduled for when the concrete company can deliver so it was delayed a couple of days which was fine as the weather cooled off. William and his men arrived at the scheduled time, double-checked the frame for accuracy and did a fine job. The new driveway looks great. Yes, I would use them again."

Tillerman Gardens was recommended to me by a friend. Jesse and his crew were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Jesse was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He patiently listened to what we wanted, asked great questions to get clarity and made some really good suggestions on things we hadn't thought of (i.e. adding river rocks to the grassy part at the edge of the driveway to ease getting in and out by the 2nd car). All the members of his crew were very nice and kept the yard looking clean at the end of each day. Work was done in the timeframe given to us. We are so happy with the end result!
