"As my husband and I were spring cleaning and bringing things into the attic when we noticed the installation had falling on nearly half of our roof and was wet to the touch. My husband did the initial inspection and noticed that mold, mildew and a huge leak had take over the wood and was exposed to the outside of the house.

We worked together to ensure that the design was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Rene is easy to discuss issues with and is very accommodating with changes. Price negotiators were non threatening for both parties. All in all, working with Rene produced a beautiful powder room and guest room.
