"I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."

"Mr. Williams was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and gave me different pricing options to allow me to choose the best offer to suit my needs. He arrived on time for the rough-in and worked with the contractor doing the flooring and walls to be sure everything would go smoothly. When it was time for the finishing touches, he called before he was expected to arrive to let me know he would be an hour later than expected due to an emergency plumbing call, which I appreciated the heads-up!!! He checked everything after he finished to be sure there were no leaks and he even checked on my water heater to be sure it was heating correctly and could handle the new bathroom. He didn't leave any messes behind him and made sure to leave his number in case I had any questions. I will definitely hire him again!!!!"

"Immediate pickup to phone call. Return call within the hour letting me know when they could be there. Calls later in the day saying they could be there eariler - and they actually did the work without me even being there which saved me a lot of stressful driving. Repair appears to be working perfectly and don't think the cost was out of line. Was offered a couple different options to repair. 60 year old house, so to have a pipe crack and be repaired for under 300... I think a reasonable deal for sure. Becky at the office was extremely polite in all our conversations today and made me feel appreciated. Will definately use again!"

"I called because sink was overflowing and backing up into the dishwasher. I wanted to have my old/broken garbage disposal removed and drain pipe rerouted because it was no flowing downward as installed with a garbage disposal in place. The plumber advised removing it and redoing sink pipe to sink would cost more and assured me the draining issue would be fixed. 

Well, $735 later, my sink still backs up. It doesn't look like the water flowing uphill issue was addressed at all. Worst of all, that was an outrageous price for a new garbage disposal. I wouldn't have agreed to the price had I known the sink would still back up.
