"We first became acquainted with All About Plumbing & Septic on New Year's Day 2022 when we found about two inches of water in our finished basement. Nathan & his team came out promptly to diagnose the problem and take immediate steps to stop further damage until the city could make sewer line repairs. Since then we have used All About Plumbing & Septic for all of our plumbing repairs. We have been pleased with their work which is of the highest quality. This review will focus on our most recent job. Joel exceeded our expectations for service. He carefully and thoroughly documented & explained the cause of the two plumbing leaks and what would be needed to correct the problem and meet plumbing codes. He protected our flooring with drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. He asked if we had questions & offered his contact info in case we had questions later. You could tell he took pride in his work by the appearance of the job completed."

"We had a failed Moen shower lever that would not shut off the flow of water to the tub/shower area. It was 6 PM and these folks got right on it and put me on the list for the next repair team to come to our home. They installed two shutoff valves to isolate the problem area and then came back the next day with the replacement Moen part to fix the bad part. Very nice technicians who knew their job very well and who went right to work to diagnose and fix the problem. Very impressive."

"Rich did an outstanding job. He came to my rescue when I needed 2 outdated outside faucets changed because they always leaked. He recommended 3 different types an explained each one to me in detail, this helped me make the choice that met my needs. He also noticed improper and leaking plumbing under one of my sinks and made the necessary repairs. He also discovered the humidity line from the central A/C was leaking and explained what this did for me and again this allowed me to make the decision to have him fix it and temporarily cap it off with the ability to use it in the future if I needed to. "It was an emergency repair for piping underneath the crawl space for a pin hole leak that was seeping under vanity and seeping onto our wood floors. West located that leak along with another unexpected leak within a different side if the house!! Good Job! It was a bit pricey but it was a Sunday, an emergency and there was more plumbing repairs done than what was originally expected. But we are totally satisfied with the work completed. Considering some additional work by them as requested. Very reliable!!!"

"A house we'd recently bought had a serious sediment problem within the water lines.  I bought a self flushing whole house sediment filter and called All Ways Plumbing to install it.  They arrived on schedule and quickly began work.  They soon discovered (as I had suspected) that the well-water pressure tank was not holding pressure.  They installed a new one which I bought at the local building supply store.  While they were here, I also had them repair a toilet supply hose that was not working correctly.

"After a couple of months of my basement flooding and my house being nearly ruined by the resultant moisture and mold I decided I had to do something.  Eric Snyder came out, accessed the situation and and recommended a French Drain in my back yard.   My house is on the side of a mountain and all the water from above was running into my backyard and subsequently into my basement.
The job was extremely difficult for him and his crew.  My backyard is all roots and rocks.  They had to use pickaxes and saws to install the drain which was about 60 feet long and extended around the back of the house to the front yard where it could drain.  The drain went through my sidewalk and in front of my driveway.  He and his crew installed a bridge to provide access to my house.   It looks like a stream bed and is really quite attractive.  
Best of all my basement has been dry as a bone since then.
I trust Eric's work so much that I don't even get other estimates anymore when I need something done.  I know he will do a good job at a fair cost."

"The people were pleasant and easy to work with. The first workman could not find the major blockage but cleaned out roots. Since the line seemed to go onto a neighbor's yard which would necessitate getting permission to dig, he called his boss to investigate and come up with another plan. They communicated with my daughter at work over the phone. Eventually, they found the source of the blockage, baby wipes, close to the manhole which was still in my daughter's yard and not the neighbor's. They cleaned out the blockage and charged close to $500. They recommended two clean out valves be installed at the cost of another $400 approximately. This has not been done so far."
