"We first became acquainted with All About Plumbing & Septic on New Year's Day 2022 when we found about two inches of water in our finished basement. Nathan & his team came out promptly to diagnose the problem and take immediate steps to stop further damage until the city could make sewer line repairs. Since then we have used All About Plumbing & Septic for all of our plumbing repairs. We have been pleased with their work which is of the highest quality. This review will focus on our most recent job. Joel exceeded our expectations for service. He carefully and thoroughly documented & explained the cause of the two plumbing leaks and what would be needed to correct the problem and meet plumbing codes. He protected our flooring with drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. He asked if we had questions & offered his contact info in case we had questions later. You could tell he took pride in his work by the appearance of the job completed."

"Expert plumber Terry came to our home to repair what I thought might be a couple of faulty toilet tank valves and a leaky hose bib. "Rich did an outstanding job. He came to my rescue when I needed 2 outdated outside faucets changed because they always leaked. He recommended 3 different types an explained each one to me in detail, this helped me make the choice that met my needs. He also noticed improper and leaking plumbing under one of my sinks and made the necessary repairs. He also discovered the humidity line from the central A/C was leaking and explained what this did for me and again this allowed me to make the decision to have him fix it and temporarily cap it off with the ability to use it in the future if I needed to.  I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.

"After a couple of months of my basement flooding and my house being nearly ruined by the resultant moisture and mold I decided I had to do something.  Eric Snyder came out, accessed the situation and and recommended a French Drain in my back yard.   My house is on the side of a mountain and all the water from above was running into my backyard and subsequently into my basement.
The job was extremely difficult for him and his crew.  My backyard is all roots and rocks.  They had to use pickaxes and saws to install the drain which was about 60 feet long and extended around the back of the house to the front yard where it could drain.  The drain went through my sidewalk and in front of my driveway.  He and his crew installed a bridge to provide access to my house.   It looks like a stream bed and is really quite attractive.  
Best of all my basement has been dry as a bone since then.
I trust Eric's work so much that I don't even get other estimates anymore when I need something done.  I know he will do a good job at a fair cost."
