He was always professional, always on time and was in constant communication via phone or text. Our pool liner was installed and it is absolutely beautiful. We also needed a new filter, a cost that I did not expect! Mike installed the new filter and allowed me to pay off the cost of the filter over 2 months. Where do you find service like this? They did a quality job, however when they were done I still had to hire another contractor to connect the gas and electric service. I initially thought that Kinney Pools would do all of the necessary work. It's possible I misunderstood. I did hire a electrical contractor (Sansone Electric) recommended by Kinny. He did a great job at a fair price. I am still satisfied with the final price and the workmanship."

"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool.
