"I contacted Kevin to make an appointment to look at my 3 decks and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Kevin examined our decks and wrote an estimate. Kevin said he would be able to schedule the work in a few weeks and asked for a $300 deposit to hold the date. We paid the deposit on 6/30/19. On 8/23/19 Kevin, Marco, and Bernabe came to work on our decks as scheduled. They did a beautiful job. The decks look like new. After the first day's work we paid $1,395.00. The men returned to check on the decks and did some minor cleaning of the white fencing on the deck on 8/27/19 and we paid the final payment of $1,400.00. We were totally satisfied with their work. Total cost for this deck work was $3,095.00. My husband spoke to Kevin about cleaning moss from our roof and cleaning the gutters and treating the roof for moss prevention. An appointment was made and Kevin and Bernabe came and cleaned and treated the roof and cleaned the gutters. The roof was treated so it should not need to be cleaned for another couple of years. Again they did a beautiful job. The charge for this roof work was $1,195.00. Kevin and his team are hardworking professionals. I would highly recommend NW Surface Cleaners and we will use them agin in the future to maintain our three decks."

"I love, love, love Mike, my husband gave me grief because he said he was too cheap to do a good job. Boy did my hubby eat his words. Not only did he do an amazing job on the house, driveway and windows. He made my deck look brand new again and replaced the boards on my steps and the railing, as well as installing a new fan (things that my husband was supposed to fix and never did). Lady's if you have a honey do list that never gets done call Quinn services they will do a better job than your husband anyway."

"We just had Pete (Legacy Deck and Fence – owner) tear down and replace our 20-year-old cedar deck. Pete was very patient with us while we were trying to decide what material we wanted. "Nikk, the contractor, pressure washed the house, scraped the wood of peeling and bubbling paint. caulked and applied 2 coats of premium paint on house and trim. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person. He also cleaned my gutters including flushing downspouts for a reasonable price."

"For both houses, Ken has someone came to power wash the house.  The power wash guy did an OK job and miss some areas that I need to clean it myself.
Rental: Ken's crew came early in the morning and got to work quickly.  They caulked and painted the house in one day.  They also  scrape loose/peel paint then prime those bare wood.  They applied two coating of paint and the paint look nice and thick.  Overall a nice paint job and they cleanup well.  
Primary: same comment as the rental + I got some tree branches that is touching the house siding/gutters.  I cut/trim what I can, but a few branches was way up high, Ken's crew was kind enough to cut those for me.  My two kids (7 & 10 yrs old) were so excited and were outside most of the time watching them work.  They ask Ken's crew (Scott) many questions and Scott was nice enough to explain things to them.  Nice and kind people to work with.
