"I can not say enough about the team at Revival Energy! I have been working with them for 4 years now on my 90 yr old Portland home. Ben was my introduction to their work with an energy assessment. I wanted to seal up all the drafty areas of my home and install central A/C. During the assessment, Ben quickly identified that my furnace was producing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. I really liked his statement, “if this were a public building, it would be condemned.” In their busy season of November, they put me as a priority and installed a new furnace in under 2 weeks. While I don’t recommend this approach to get your furnace quickly, they recognized that I would have no heat and did their best to help me. I then installed A/C the next year. They did a very smooth install of a very efficient central A/C (Rheem prestige). With further house work, we had to move the A/C. This seemed simple to me, but I didn’t realize it would take them almost 8 hours. That refrigerant removal and refill is a slow process, by necessity! A few weeks after the move, I just didn’t feel like the A/C was working well enough (and in the hottest part of the year no less!). Their office staff and specifically the co-owner, Jim Ballman, fielded multiple, multiple phone calls and emails. Robert, their lead service tech and co-owner, came to my house to check it out. Luckily, the Rheem Prestige has a panel that reports error codes. I’m so happy I had this model installed, thanks to Ben! Refrigerant was low and rapidly addressed by Robert. As he got the refrigerant filled, Robert patiently answered all my sniggling questions. He was very gracious, and a very sharp fellow. I am so thankful for their patience, hard work and expertise in their field. It is very hard to find a quality company like this. Please treat them well, they deserve it!!! "Very well! The job was to replace my very old and failing Air Conditioner and Furnace with a new system. The process started when I called Steven Conner of Comfort Connection for an estimate, and we talked about the basics of what I needed done. We also talked about some of the options that were available and what I might want. Steven made himself very available over the phone as I had questions, once even over the weekend. Once I had a rough idea of what I was interested in, he came out for a written estimate. Since we had talked on the phone beforehand, this process went pretty quickly and he soon had the written estimate to me via email. Later, I decided to make a change to the original estimate, so he worked with me via phone and had the modified estimate out to me shortly. I will also mention that Steven worked with me on the system price and modifications that I wanted, and the price came out very reasonable. I have to say that I was lucky, as his crew was doing an installation in the area very shortly after I sent back the approved estimate and Steven called me to see if it was a good time to do my installation also. Things went in pretty quickly, although his crew ran into some issues with the base of the old furnace, since the garage concrete had apparently been poured after the original furnace was installed. However, his crew worked around this issue, installed the furnace, the line set, and readied the A/C unit for installation. Since furnace installation took longer than expected due to the garage concrete issue, they needed to come back the next day to complete the A/C installation. The crew tested the Furnace before they left and the furnace worked well and looked good (very professional), in case I needed it overnight. The next morning, the crew came back to vacuum the lines and finish the A/C installation. That went pretty quickly. Everything was up and running by midday. After completion, everything is working very well, and the modifications that I wanted are also installed and working. I like to sleep in a lower temperature, and the new system brings the house down to that temperature with no problem! Everything looks very professional and much better than the old system. The area was also left very clean, even better than when they started. It was a pleasure to work with Steven and his crew and I would highly recommend them."

We didn't even go out to bid once we met Scott and discussed the project; we were confident that his price would not be beat and that his was the right business for the decommission ... we like to support the small independent businesses when the skills and the needs match up. Scott is a one-man operation, decommissioning oil tanks is all he does, and he physically earned every dollar it cost us for the decommission. He is professional and friendly, organized and dedicated, and he did a wonderful job of cleaning up the affected area after the work was done. We will not likely have another oil tank in our future, but if we did and needed it decommissioned I would hire Decommissions Northwest again."
