"Perry was very professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. He sent an estimate within 48 hours, and it was easy to schedule the work with him. The fir floors had black mastic/adhesive from old linoleum that we took off, and it took a lot of sanding to remove it. There was also some damaged wood that was replaced with reclaimed fir, and it blends in with the floor perfectly. We were amazed at the transformation of the floors. "Most of the time when I have had contractors come to my home, they call to confirm when they will be there, or if they can?t make it, they will let us know.  So even though I anticipated they were coming, I was not completely prepared for when they showed up.  However, they took care of everything for me, such as moving furniture, etc.  They were great about it, and the two-day job ended up being completed in one day. 

They had to mix their own stain to match the coloring of the paneling throughout the room.  They really brought my faded paneling back to life using a pickling method.  The only issue I has was that I spoke with the gentleman who provided the bid about trim and wood putty work that was needed, so I assumed they would take care of it.  However, I had to ask them to do this.  I would advise anyone who works with them to itemize everything that needs to be done with the person providing the quote and with the people performing the job to ensure things do not get left out.  When I asked, they were very accommodating and took care of all the details I asked for.
