"The paving went well once the communication concerns I had were finally settled. Communication with the customer was lacking once I signed the contract and for over a month of my texting with no response from MJD. There were too many excuses - whether or not they were valid - need to be communicated to the consumer ahead of time…not leave the consumer exasperated.
