Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional.
