"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. I had several random things that I needed done around the house (blinds hung, bathroom vanity light replaced, ceiling fan repaired, the lock on the patio door repaired, the privacy fence gate repaired, and light bulbs replaced on another ceiling fan that was mounted too high for me to reach). "Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"

"This company is extremely honest, hard working, and reasonable in price. I contaced Millenium Remodeling because I had a leaky shower that was leaking into the kitchen ceiling causing water damage. I also wanted to get a couple of other home improvement projects done around the house as well. I had contaced a couple of other contractors to get an estimate about the leaky shower and everyone had told me that I would have to rip out the entire shower and replace it because they would not know where the source of the leak was coming from. Also, everyone told me that I would have to call a handy man to get all the other projects done. I was confused because the other contractors advertised  that no project is too small. So, when Darin from Millenium arrived to my house and looked at my shower and said that it was a simpe fix and I did not have to tear out my entire shower, I was pleased. I was even more pleased that they said they could also do the other projects. Mike and Dan who were the main people who worked on my home, were awesome!  They were respectful of my home and always left my home clean with little or no mess at all everyday. The two would engage in my 10 month daughter and she loved it. The leaky shower gave Mike and his team a run for the money. The shower continued to leaky, after stripping all the caulk, removing the shower doors, cleaning the entire shower, and re-caulking. Mike spent many days figuring out where the source of the leak was coming from, but he never gave up, which is something that I like when hiring people. Mike finally figured the source of the leak in the shower and it has never leaked since then. The other thing that I really loved about this company was that they would ask to come in on saturdays or days that they were not scheduled to come to finish up a project, so that I would not have a missing bedroom door or not having outlet covers on my tile backsplash that is waiting for the mastic to dry. I would definitely use this company in the future for any additional home improvement projects that I may have.

"The company sent out very professional installers. First the owner came out with tons of actual samples of cabinets, and granite and tile for the backsplash. And they weren't just small pieces. He had samples of cabinet doors, ;large boards of the tiles and large pieces of the granite types. Large enough to put over a section of the counter with a large section the the backsplash behind it to see how it would really look when installed. The next week, two guys came out and spent the morning doing exact measurements of all the surfaces to renovated. The actually built a wood framework of the walls and counters so the counters and backsplash could be made to the exact forms needed. And then about ten days later the installation was scheduled. The work took about a week. The installlers were great and took care to clean up each day before they left. When all the installation work was completed on Friday, the plumber cam out and hooked up the sink and disposal and all was finished by 5:00 on Friday. The kitchen was transformed. It was the first upgrading in the kitchen we had done after living here for 35 years. And I can tell you it was worth the wait. And the price was more than reasonable. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors and would again."

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."
