"Had kitchen remodeling done. Due to poor design/measurement by our contractor, our corner cabinet was unable to support a rev-a-shelf pullout. This left us to look for alternatives, which we found with Custom Pull-Out Shelves and Refacing. Overall, the process went well, from Tom coming over to measure and giving us a quote to receiving a post-install follow-up call from Mark (?). During demo he found issues that the builder did with our 40+ year old townhouse and corrected them. The drywall and painting was amazing. His attention to detail and recommendations were spot on. "I had about 6 contractors bid this job, Jim had the fairest price.  He arrived to the job early, even offered to come out in an ice storm  but I was concerned for his safety and rescheduled it.  An important point for me is Jim is licensed and insured.  The job was completed in 2 hours.  He initially came to my home to go over the scope of work and he stuck to his estimate.  Only disappointment was, I had to absorb $45 of additional cost when I discovered a scratch on the stainless steel grille plate.  I ordered the part from Samsung and will need to install it myself.  I called Jim and he said he did not observe this scratch on installation due to lots of hand prints on the unit.  He installed this unit by himself, under difficult circumstances, without a hydraulic lift to hold it in place, basically balancing it on one arm while he used an electronic screwdriver to mount the unit into the base cabinets.   I cannot determine if this noticeable scratch (just above the door handle and about an inch long) was a manufacturer's defect or had occurred upon installation. The cardboard box the unit came in from HH Gregg was in pristine condition.  Despite all this I have another job coming up for a bathroom remodel and plan to have Jim bid this project as well, along with 3 other contractors I thought had reasonable bids. <br />"

Bill and Bobby showed on time daily and kept my in the loop as far as what was going on that day and what would be done the next day. They very professional and did an excellent job. We have plans to Bill and Bobby again for a bathroom remodel in the future. I would recommend them for any job big or small."
