"Perfect Roofing and Siding is correctly named. We checked with four businesses, all established, for quotes. While all were in the same general price range, we went with Perfect as we had seen them do an excellent job on a neighbor's house a year ago. As we compared bids, we found that the shingles were basically the same, based upon internet search result. The prices were comparable, so workmanship is the deciding factor. Carlo was our salesperson, he painted a "rosy" picture with many assurances (what sales person doesn't?), but it turned out to all be true. There is flashing where the previous two roofs had none. Our roof pattern is gambrel with four dormers, so there are a number of challenges and all were met perfectly. Cut lines are clear and precise. Nails, previously exposed, were covered with flashing. "Sins" from a Hardie Board install 10 years ago by a different contractor were fixed. The crew was thorough. They worked clean, there were no surprises. Little things were put back as they were prior to the start of the job. For example, we have a string of Party Lights that edge our patio and are attached to the house, they were disconnected for the job and could have been easily left on the ground, unattached, but no, they were re attached as before without having to point them out. Final payment was not requested until I told Ramses, the owner, that the job was done. I could not have been more pleased. Every assurance made by Carlo was met or exceeded. If you are looking for an installer that can be trusted to do the job and do it well, Perfect Roofing & Siding is your choice."

"New Look repaired my roof structure and replaced the entire roof, as well as repairing damaged siding and gutters following storm damage to my house. The quality of work was excellent and they were very helpful with navigating the process with my homeowners insurance as well."

"MHI exceeded expectations! Had a minor leak during strong winds, which indicated our original roof urgently required replacement. Recommended by a coworker, MHI proved exceptional. Transparent throughout, they provided ample visuals, expertly addressed queries, and detailed the roofing process, our roof's condition, available solutions, and financing options. Communication was seamless, accommodating calls or texts. They completed the roof and gazebo replacement in just one day. For comprehensive service, choose MHI. I wholeheartedly endorse them and am willing to share my positive experience with anyone interested."

"Replaced a slate roof with asphalt shingles. There were no problems and the work was done fast and efficiently."

"From pre-installation through the completed project, Home Genius Exteriors professionals were in communication with me. My roof looks GREAT and I am so glad I had the work completed now and did not wait until spring, especially after I saw what my roof looked like underneath the shingles! The roof was completed in a day and a half and the gutters were completed in 1/2 day. Clean-up was done after each day."

"The drop down selections do not cover the scope of the job that Murray and his crew led by Jose did for us. We started out with a roof replacement, where the old roofing materials were removed, damaged wood was discovered and we decided to have the whole roof re-sheeted before the new shingles were laid. Because the covid pandemic affected the available stock on building materials, we did have to make a last minute change to the color selection for the shingles. Murray made a second trip out to our home with samples to make sure we were able to see the actual sample in person, as he understood that this was an important decision not made lightly. We were most happy with the finished roof. We also had elected to have the old aluminum siding replaced, along with the soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. While there was a slight delay in being able to obtain these materials, also because of the pandemic, our job was scheduled for this week. The great crew had the old siding removed in no time, and were able to start in with applying the new siding by the early afternoon. The very next day, they came out and finished the entire project efficiently and beautifully, and made sure that all debris was cleaned up. They are very skilled at what they do! After 37 years, we now have what looks like a new home, and couldn't be more elated. After what we all dealt with in 2020, it is a great start to what will hopefully be a better year for everyone. Thank you to Murray, Jose, and the great crew of guys who made this dream a reality for us."

"John the tech. Was on time put on 5 new shingles quickly.."

"Working with the estimator, I had suggested the worst case scenario as to roof deck, number of layers of shingles, gutters, and venting issues. Some items were as expected, while others were not and they were truthful about those issues. The weather did prevent timely installation of gutters and downspouts, however they were installed very quickly. The overall appearance and price were of the highest quality."

"Domenik Construction did an excellent job repairing my roof, stack, and gutters. I will definitely be using them again and referring Domenik Construction to friends and family."
