"Ab and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our old townhouse looked pretty shabby, with stained vinyl, peeling brown paint on the shutters, and a broken, makeshift porch railing. After getting the run-around from a different contractor, I was down to the wire with three weeks until my wedding, when we'd have a house full of guests. From the first contact, Ab returned my calls immediately and promised he'd do what it took to get the work done on time. He definitely delivered. He and his crew were polite, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. And when we needed some extra help in the kitchen for work we'd planned to do ourselves, they got through that in the timeframe, too. Our foundation was in worse shape than we thought, so the original estimate was a little off (they couldn't just paint, and had to patch first), but Ab kept costs as low as possible and always let me make the call on what we should do. In the end, it was still much cheaper than the estimate from the other flaky contractor, looked fantastic, and was all done a week before the wedding.
