When the Sump pump and dehumidifier installation was completed they went over how it worked, advised how to register the respective warranties and started the new equipment. They thoroughly cleaned up the basement where they were working. Luis also went over the outside discharge line for the sump pump. I then exited the house while Luis sprayed for the mold conditions in the basement. A representative, "John Sorrentino," came out the same day, and explained we needed to replace the 32-year-old unit, which is what we thought. He explained how we could finance the charges which we needed to do. We also were ready to tell him how our 32-year unit never worked properly cooling or heating the 2nd floor. Before even mentioning this to Mr Sorrentino he already knew the old unit did not have the proper ventilation system and therefore we were probably having issues with the HVAC not cooling and heating the floor efficiently.
