"The job went more smoothly than I expected. We had to replace our front door, as well as the surrounding framing and the sill underneath do to water damage. The extent of the damage couldn't really be determined until they got into it and had removed the existing door and flooring inside, and turned up to be a little worse than hoped, which was communicated to us immediately, along with what needed to be done to repair and that it would be an additional cost. They also had to remove the vinyl siding around the door, and the electrical outlet nearby, noted the corrosion in the electrical box and replaced that as well. On both the inside and outside it is better than the original installation. Start to Finish the Job took 5 working days, although the last two days were minimal, only extended because of replacing the tile that had to be removed, and allowing it time to cure before walking on. The guys were professional and friendly and not a disruption to our busy life with kids. We're very pleased with the job, and will call Eric Higgins for additional work in the future."

"It went well, they did the work to our satisfaction..  I do think they would benefit by having their own generator for electricity.   They use an air compressor to clear out the water lines but do not have their own electrical source.  That must be provided by the customer.  We did but had to buy a power generator to make the work happen. <br />"

"Cost estimate was reasonable. Project went well. Located him via Angie's List - thus far I'm finding this saves me alot of wasted time and effort. He is a quiet, laid back kind of guy, shows up when he's supposed to, does what he's supposed to, gets down to business without alot of small talk. Cost noted above was strictly for (painting) labor-I prepared the work surface as much as I could ( removed layers of old wall paper, spackled the gouges and holes, lightly sanded the work surface.) I purchased all needed supplies and will continue to do so whenever I can for the other projects. Paint was on sale in May, so I took advantage of that. Look forward to seeing him again later on when the weather clears to complete exterior painting, heat tape removal from the roof, prime and paint rusted bath vent pipe, replace exterior bath exhaust, insulate broom closet to cut down on winter heat loss, install rain diverter, install rain gutter."

"We bought a shed from Sam's Club and paid to have it assembled and installed. We had a bunch of crushed rock left over from our above ground pool and asked the shed company if we could use this as a base for the shed to go on top of. They said yes. When the guy came out to install the shed, he was surprised they said we could use that base, but installed it anyway. The floor of the shed was so uneven and bumpy. I found KM Tottle on Angies list and called them. He came right out and advised us that we needed a wood base to go underneath and that he could raise the shed and install it underneath and that would level out the floor.They came on the date and time planned and the work is excellent. The floor is perfectly level. I would hire them again in a minute. <br />"
