"We recently hired Shore Points Construction to remodel our kitchen at our shore house, including all new flooring into the family room. Mario was a pleasure to work with. He communicated with us throughout the project, answering any questions we had promptly, and making some great suggestions without pushing us to add anything to the project. He would send us pictures of the progress along the way. Shore Points also surrounds themselves with good, quality subcontractors. For example, Mike at Shellwood Kitchens was wonderful to work with when selecting cabinets and countertops. Also, the carpenter, Brian, did fantastic work installing our cabinets, flooring, and trim. Mario was fair in his pricing and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind. We will have more projects in the future and will definitely use Shore Points again. A++"

"Started job within days and completed when they said they would. We had all rooms painted, dry wall hung , carpets , floor, paneled one wall, repaired all walls before painting begun. The list goes on . They covered everything in plastic even the floors. Cleaned after they were done. Thank you to Herman and his crew. They all were very nice and professional."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"I cannot recommend him highly enough. He focuses on the job, so much so, that my wife and I had to encourage him to take an occasional day off. Our kitchen needed the entire flooring to be redone, the cabinets had to be replaced, all the appliances replace, the sink, etc. Huge job. We also needed the flooring fixed in our living room and bedrooms. Needed paint job down stairs, carpeting on the stairs needed to be ripped up, and on and on. Top level work in every area. For only part of the job we had been quoted by a different contractor almost twice as much. And for all of this you could reasonably expect three to four months. Nope four weeks and THAT was only because the suppliers kept jerking us around with the deliveries. I'll be writing another review about the work he did replacing our entire back deck. But for now, can't say enough good things about him"

"The flooring in my bathroom needed leveling and then vinyl laminate installed. Roberto and Eddie were efficient and thorough. I just love the result! My house has its quirks, but Roberto dealt with the issues that arose. He went above and beyond. They also replaced the medicine cabinet, and the lighting above it. Accessories like towel bars, toilet paper holder and towel ring were also installed. Great job on everything! Will definitely use Roberto’s company, AC Better Homes, in the future. My sincere thanks!"
