"I can not say enough good about our experience with Colorado Native Roofing. Upon calling them they came out right away and did a thorough roof review complete with photos. They worked with our insurance company and even met our insurance adjuster on site to discuss the findings and answer any questions. Not only did they do a thorough and prompt roof installation they always answered calls and emails promptly. Most impressive is that all three owners shared being on the site during the new roof installation. Each of them reinspected the work after it was done to make sure everything was correct. They were very thorough. They added extra value by advising us our dryer vent on the roof was completed blocked with lent which could have been a serious fire hazard. "Had a bit of a communication problem after they submitted an estimate. It would appear that the office staff dropped the ball. The work was absolutely top notch. Explained my concerns about pressure washing the roof prior to the sealing (already had leaks) to the gentleman who came with the crew for the repair. He allayed my concerns and accomplished the pressure washing without so much as a drop of leakage down to the room. I was definitely impressed with that. He explained to me in great detail what they were going to do to complete the repair and the finished product looked neat and professional. Would definitely recommend them."

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

"They replaced the garage roof at my home.  It took forever to hear from them once we signed the contract.  The Roof itself looks great.  They kind of just showed up whenever the mood struck.  No specific times were ever given, even after they told us they were coming to do the roof.  The price was not what was agreed upon in the contract.  I called & asked if it was possible to have an approximate date (even within a week) when they were coming & they flat out said "No".  Most of the roofers did not speak English, so that was a problem.  They did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  If I had not looked in the driveway after they left, I would have run over a nail!!  There were also other stray nails on the sidewalk & in the grass.  They did not do a very good job of cleaning up the whole area.  They were great until they got the contract signed... then not so great."
