"The folks at Rushold Enterprises painted our living room/hall/stair walls. This was a daunting task as it has vaulted ceilings with the highest point over the stairs! Other estimates came in quite high and I almost thought I'd have to risk painting it myself. When the estimate came back at a more reasonable price, we were quick to book Rushold Enterprises! The people there are of high integrity. I trusted them to paint the house while I was away, giving them access to my home. When I came back, it was like they were never there, expect for the excellent paint job! The paint job was neat and complete. They left clean lines especially on the rounded edges of the corners of the walls. Once we decided to go with them, they got us on the schedule quickly and the job was done earlier than expected. "Great service and prompt arriving to the property.  The service itself was great.  A few months after the service they called to ask us if we had paid them (we paid on the date of service), they had lost any record that we paid them, from the conversation I had with the man who called it did not sound like I was the only customer they lost the information on as he stated that his son had taken over for a few weeks and it did not sound like he kept good records.  I let the man know that we did pay the person when he came out to clean the carpet, the man thanked me and that was the end of the conversation.  Then, near tax time, I received a second phone call about the same exact issue.  I got the impression that not only does this company have terrible accounting practices, they also do not remember or record who they contacted and when.  I cannot imagine that this company will be around much longer with their accounting practices.
