"Flexible and professional. Was not super familiar with the model I had, but was nevertheless able to "diagnose" the issue which was the control board. Recommended I consider purchasing a new stove instead, rather than take the risk/cost of changing the control board. I did order a control board on ebay and replaced it myself (easy enough) - did not fix the problem. Bought new stove, but can't know for sure if this diagnosis was correct."
