"Very pleased. I requested service through Angie's List on a Friday night from a number of companies. Affordable Appliance called me on Saturday and scheduled a technician for Monday. They came on Monday and diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately the needed part is discontinued. I really appreciated that the technician seemed bummed that he couldn't fix it for us."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"John was able to repair a part so it saved me purchasing a new one.He checked everything out and explained everything.I passed his name onto a neighbor and told others about his company. Will use this appliance repair company again."

"Both the person doing intake and the service man were knowledgeable and gave succinct information regarding possible issues and outcomes. They requested information about the appliance during intake. Another company I initially called didn't want to know particulars of problem or make and model of product. I would Hub Appluance again."

"Ryan did an awesome job repairing the clothes dryer. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I recommend him highly for any appliance repair jobs."

"Our 4-year-old microwave stopped working (no display, nothing). After doing some research online I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It started humming very loudly and displayed a PF (power failure) error, indicating a blown fuse or a control board failure. Wintley Baptiste from The Equipment Doctors stopped by two days after I made contact through Angi. He diagnosed the problem as a failed control board and said he would have to order the part and come back in 7-10 days to install it. He gave me an estimated price for the part and labor to install it and asked if I wanted to proceed. I said yes (if I had said no, I would owe $150 for the visit and diagnosis). Wintley called a week later, saying he had the part and could stop by that same day to install it. He did so and the microwave is working fine. The price to repair the microwave was $330. By comparison, a new microwave would have cost at least $500."
