"Josh was prompt, courteous and through. Called on MLK day and he arrived within and hour. Diagnosed the problem on my cooktop broken wire that shorted out. $80.00 for service call and diagnosis, $40.00 for the repair. Thought the charge was reasonable for same day service on a holiday. Would hire again for appliance repair."

"Tony fixed the original problem with my oven very efficiently, however, it still didnt work quite right, I think because of damage done by mice. I have decided to get a new stove"

"My oven died and I needed a repair person right away. Downriver couldn't get to me for four days. So clearly, they must be good if they're that busy. I would try them again. I was able to get another company out the day I needed them."
