They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. "Several years ago Re Bath did a tub surround for us and we loved it. There was nothing wrong with it. We are aging and decided it was time for a walk in shower so naturally we called the people we knew would do a good job. Cindy came out gave us a quote and offered many options. We booked that day. Installation was amazing. Frank and Devin went to work immediately, put things down to keep dust, dirt etc at a minimum and they worked well together. They answered our questions along the way.
