I was told by the first agent that a service person would be back at my house between 6 pm and 9 pm tonight. Immediately after the call I received a text at 5:07 stating that my appointment has been scheduled for Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm. I called conway 4 additional times to request that someone come out tonight for safety reasons. Every time the representatives told me that they were escalating my request. What that means is my emergency was not their issue. Finally at 7pm I called again and was told by an agent that no one would be able to come tonight and they were escalating my request to have someone to come in the morning. Not only did the phone agents lie"

"These are extremely nice and responsive people. However, their mole removal service just doesn’t work. We have had 5 scheduled treatments. We are now told that we are beyond warranty after the last treatment on 8/16. We started the service back on 6/19. And now after a $625 charge, we still have moles. These folks may be very effective in other areas, but if you need mole removal, this company definitely doesn’t have the solution."
