However, once the tile was removed and the floor prepped, the hardwood was installed in one day. The installer came back the following day to install the quarter round and transitions. It turned out beautifully. I think what impressed my wife and I the most was the excellent finishing work they performed."

"We replaced existing vinyl flooring for about 1/3 of the first floor in our house. Wood's Custom Floors had a large choice, and I found what I wanted easily. The installers showed up on time the first day (were about an hour late the 2nd day), were quick and professional in their work, and my new flooring looks wonderful. This installation should have taken only one day, but it was discovered that I had 2 pre-existing layers of linoleum instead of the one I thought was there (we are not the original owners of this house), and thus required removal of the top 'floating' layer, which added a good bit of time. The half-bath was the only area requiring work on the 2nd day, and it was finished in short order. We want to put new carpet in our master bedroom, and replace the vinyl flooring in the masterbath with tile. I plan on using Wood's Custom Flooring again, and that's the highest praise I can bestow."

"Their prices are high. They came to my house to give me a quote on vinyl floors. I don't want vinyl floors. I want  wooden tile. I give them good customer service but I did not like the price. I think they still took a percentage off, I think it is still too high. When I can go and buy my own materials and do it way more easily than that. I know they have to pay their people around and that is why they have to price it like that. Good Customer service but as far as the pay and stuff, no. They really did not have the selection that I was looking for without going to the warehouse. They responded. They do it based on square footage and this was based on vinyl tile."
