"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.

"Dave had estimated five days due to the amount of work required. He was right on with the timing. We have an older home so of course, unforeseen issues arrive. They were handled without drama or complaint. They arrived every morning as he said they would and worked all day. They cleaned up each evening before leaving for the day.  Due to the fact that we have only one bathroom, they made certain to replace the toilet and safety bar each night before leaving. We had purchased a vanity and medicine cabinet for them to install. After opening the vanity box and medicine cabinet box, they discovered that the counter was cracked and the medicine chest was chipped. They exchanged it at the store themselves and installed the new ones, again without complaint. All of the work was done if not to our standards but well above.
