"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"I needed to repair some foundation cracks at my home and Andi smart renovation did great job. First they cleaned out the crack area completely removing all dust and loose concrete. Then they opened the crack slightly to make sure the repair matrial could go deep inside for a solid bond. After the repair cured they waterproofed the area with foundation coating to prevent moisture from coming through again. Everything was done carefully and professionally from preparation to cleanup. I recommend them for any foundation repair work they know exactly what they?re doing and take pride in doing it right."

"Dave was a pleasure to work with. We initially called in for a facia repair on our siding and a few roof shingles that blew off in a wind storm. Dave informed us we would be able to file a claim with our insurance company for an entire roof replacement. We were initially skeptical but Dave worked with us and directly with our insurance company to complete the entire job. The work was completed quickly and the roof is beautiful"

"Eddie responded very quickly and was extremely accommodating- even showed up on a Sunday to discuss the details of the repair required. His estimate was very reasonable and he performed the work him self. He made sure everything was cleaned up and took all the mess with him. I would definitely use him again and recommend him."

"Anthony in sales is a top notch guy. Expectations were set and clear. It was a pleasure working with him. The crew was fast, efficient and polite. My siding looks incredible. Thank you also to Dominick for making sure it went well. I would highly recommend. Quality products are worth it in the long run."

"I recommend Sky City for a deck build or replacement. The owner Vasyl was very easy to work with and made suggestions to improve the project. The crew arrived when expected and completed the job in about 2 weeks. The quality was excellent."

"With over twenty years experience, this competent, honest, and affordable carpenter modified the door trim project, as needed. The outcome fully matched expectations. See "after" remedy vs "before' condition of door frame and trim. corner rot"

"Shaun and his son and their crew were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Our job had a couple odd quirks and unforeseen changes, and they were managed with calm expertise and understanding. No drama--have to appreciate that! I would hire them again if I needed a roof or siding."

"Worked with Chris on getting a new roof for my house. Fantastic service is an understatement. Chris was a pleasure to work with and delivered on what he promised. My roof was damaged due to last years punishing snow storms. Insurance agreed to replacing only half the roof, not the full roof. I wanted the whole roof replaced. Chris helped me through the process with the insurance company to get the whole roof replaced. We got the new roof and skylights which looks fantastic. Had some small issues as you could imagine you do with any project, but they were resolved extremely fast to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Rising Start Roofing."
