All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! If you are looking for a door or window installer, you will find Todd to be professional, as well as very knowledgeable about, and experienced in this work. He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. I'm glad we hired Todd, and we feel so much warmer and more secure in our home because of his help."

"what Tim came out to our home and was very informative about window installation. Going into detail about the different types of window replacements and the different glass glazing. Tim also talked about the warranty in detail. When we decided to go with Tim and his company, Tim had a window representative from the window company come out to our house and helped with all of the measuring of all the windows and trim and sliding glass door. Once the windows were ordered, it was about three weeks when they came in. Tim called and setup the appointment for the installation and was very professional about what his team was going to do.
When the crew came over, they went to work. The total install took about two days and we could not be happier. From start to finish, Tim and his crew are true professionals.

It went fine. Dave came to Peoria to do our job and did a very good job on the doors. I was not the supervisor but was told everything was done according to the condo boards liking and that right there tells me the most because we have some board members who expect high quality work and they got it . Dave the owner is someone who will not accept any work associated with his company AOM or his name be anything but top of the line. As I said before he is very good at what he does . He came here to refinish the entrance way on the front of the our building Chateau Touraine. He sanded off all the old stuff and put new stain and sealer on the doors and spruced up the wood areas around and above the main doors. The whole area is now back to what it use to be. I am not sure when the doors were installed but I know they are back to looking almost new again. I guessed that the doors are about 12-15 years old. Like I said before Dave and his employees are always there to please and have hit a home run with us again. I am sure that I will be hiring AOM again to do more work in my condo and I am sure the condo board will be doing the same. If you need a company that does many different things then give AOM a call and see what you think.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
