I went on Home Advisor and got several roofing company's, after speaking with several companies we chose Sean, it was clear that Advanced Roofing Solutions was knowledgeable and could do the job. We have a house that's almost 200 years old with a metal roof that was leaking badly. Sean came out as quickly as possible to get a better idea of what was wrong. He did a complete inspection and photographed the problem areas. He provided me with an estimate which was reasonable, and explained in detail and so we understood what he was going to do. He showed up on time and ready to go. After another inspection he went about repairing the trouble spots, his work was very good, clean lines where he had put sealer down and cleaned the roof, inspected once more and took more photographs. In short Advanced Roofing Solutions and Sean did a first class job. It's very comforting to know that we have a capable company that we can call when needed. If anyone is looking at installing a new roof, or needs repaired I would very highly recommend Sean and Advanced Roofing Solutions without a doubt is a gem."

"Owner/operator John Rife is a top notch contractor who employs first rate employees to get the job done. In my basement, I had a concrete slab floor and two old, drafty windows that needed replacement. I wanted him to put down a nice Cali Bamboo floor and add new Anderson windows. When he came to give his initial estimate, we talked at length about what the job entailed. He answered my questions, however ridiculous, with a direct honesty that was refreshing. John gave me the price estimate that was fair: not as high as other contractors with whom I spoke but not as low as others either. What made him our pick was that I felt that based on our conversations, I could trust him to do the job on time and on budget.
