"The best way for me to sum up my experience with Wells & Wells is simply. You are doing business with just genuinely good people. They take pride in their work, and their customer interactions. Our deck was destroyed by falling trees during the snowstorm in January. We had a regular wood deck and we thought the damage was extensive. After many contractors Wells was the only one that came by and provided an honest assessment. They didnâ t cut corners for cost purposes, they were just honest and real about what needed to be repaired. The not only repaired our deck, they almost completely rebuilt it. For all intents and purposes we now have a new deck. We were able to upgrade from wood to Trex (due to the current cost of lumber). "Oscar Canales, and his associates Levis and Sergio did an excellent job of installing insulation in a bay window overhang at the level of the basement ceiling, followed by repairing a drywall hole due to a needed plumbing repair. They gave a quick estimate, were easy to work with to fine tune the final pricing, and did the work as promised, arriving on time and finishing as planned. They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me.
