Get matched with top sunroom or patio enclosure builders in Bristow, VA

"We used Patio Enclosures to build the sunroom, then followed up 2 years later for blinds. Tony was very helpful, informative, ensured we got a quality product and installation. We recommend Patio Enclosures and their workforce 100%."

"Very happy with my sunroom and the deck! Steadfast was responsive and available for my many questions. They were available throughout the process and the quality of the work was even better than expected. Highly recommend."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"We wore hesitant to go with this project because I have never done any remodeling before but we were glad we went through it. We enlarge our existing home we had a second-floor addition we add more rooms more bathrooms more space for me and my family we found Manex through our neighbor they were working on their home, adding an addition. We contact them and they came. Giving us an estimate Helped us with the design and plan After we got our permits, we started the project. We were happy. Of course, there were some upsides and downs but overall I am happy with their work. Highly recommend it. Communication was good. That was very important for me because I travel a lot."

"We have had several contractors over the years with middling results. We found TCB last year for a 400 sq ft addition to our house. We looked at three contractors and selected TCB based on reviews. From start to finish, TCB work was absolute perfection. This year a medical problem required a master bath renovation. TCB was the only quote we asked for. We knew they would do the job to the highest standards. They also worked around my illness which left me fatigued and immune compromised. We asked that the workers not smoke and they complied. They wore masks continually while in the house and cleaned up very throughly at the end of each day. In addition, the workers and supervisors soon felt like family. I would happily give them my keys if I were away for an extended period. When they finished, the results were absolute perfection. My bathroom is much safer and is beautiful. If you are thinking about a remodel do yourself a favor and call them first."

"This is an excellent company! Isaac was there for us for permits, questions, and the overall build always. They also built our screen porch which is out of this world beautiful In fact we are looking for other projects that they can do at our home AND sending referrals to friends and family. If you need a screen porch, remodel the inside of your home, this is the company to choose."

"The sales team was knowledgeable, thorough, and they gave us a very good price, but the greatest credit goes to the crew, who did an excellent job with true quality workmanship. We highly recommend FA Outdoor Spaces!"

"AHC is awesome. Went back to AHC after previous hiring for exact same issue. Just like before - friendly, calm, professional and knowledgeable staff with the team they sent out this time, Steve and Mark. These guys know their stuff, and just like before - there was NO effort to upsell or have me try to purchase any other service. These guys are on salary - not on commission and it fundamentally changes HOW they talk to their customers in a positive and refreshing way. That's why we've gone back to them and plan to do so when we look at replacing the roof next year. They answered all our questions and am very satisfied. There is a difference on price between having to use a one-man or two-man team. Most roofing jobs are two-man teams (obviously), so just be aware. There was no issue here with this - AHC was upfront when scheduling, but want others to be aware."
