"I am super pleased with the service Tony provided. From beginning to end he was professional and polite. My new roof is wonderful , and so are my new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards I had him do. The price was reasonable and work was done on schedule as promised. I highly recommend using Burns Contracting for your next project."

"Met them at a booth at teh Dulles Spring Garden show and scheduled a free visit to get an estimate.  First visit was professional, thorough as to possibilities, and offered us a very fair price.  Installation was on the day scheduled, very efficient, and very professional. Most of the installation was done via the exterior roof.  The crew cleaned up the area very well and everything is great!  Highly recommended for their competitive prices and professional installation.

"Price was good. Roofing and gutter replacement completed on time. Good group to work with, I would definitely recommend - great job."

"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. I am issuing a rating of five out of five stars for his performance."

"The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."

"Mo from Presidential Exteriors inspected our roof and did an excellent job. He was polite, professional, and friendly and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough, and showed us the problems with our roof both externally and internally. He explained how they would replace our roof and explained about all of their premium products, great insurance, great warranties, certified builders etc., that they provided. I know that building our new roof will be done well because they have such good materials, technique, and builders who will work on it."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"I had a leak in the roof that damaged my ceiling. Oscar and his team came out quickly and found the source of the problem. They fixed the roof and repaired the ceiling damage. Great job at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend him and hire again for future work around the house."
