"Alamo Garage Doors really care about their customers. Our door wouldn’t close properly, and they took the time to explain why and how to fix it. Everything was repaired on the spot, and it’s been working perfectly since."

"Deep knowledge in Garage door options including supply chain issues. Definitely recommend."

"Affordable door technicians could have sold me a new garage door and I wouldn't have known the difference. But they repaired the damaged, off-track door and the price was very reasonable. Very knowledgeable, very competent. The repaired door works better than it did before - quieter, tighter fit. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat."

"This company responded quickly to my request. Upon arrival, they let me know I had a broken spring, and thats why my door wouldn't open. Their price was fair to replace both springs so we moved forward with the work, which was completed the next day. They told me my opener is 15 years old but still runs well, so I had them price replacing it. The cost was very reasonable, so I will have them out next month to take care of that! Overall this was a great experience, from the first call, to getting an estimate, and a proper fix to cap it all l off! I will definitely be calling them for any garage door needs in the future."

"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

"I used Andrew's Garage Door Repair.  The last time I used them it was not satisfactory.  They came in to look at the garage door and said he was going to replace the back motor.  That process took about 4 weeks.  They came out three times and the first two times were good.  The reason I signed up to Angie's List is because they give honest feedback.  He said he would be back in three days and he wasn't.  He did fix it finally.  I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails and reminders.  I didn't understand that, I mean, I paid him the money he was asking for.  So he came and he fixed it and it is working fine.  They were here April of 2016.  It cost $500."

"I called Stoneberger to get a second opinion and cost estimate with regard to repair of my non-functioning garage door.  Amber Stoneberger was very responsive to my problem by phone and worked around my schedule to get a service call set up.  She promised that they would fix the problem in one visit and have the parts needed on hand.  Brian Stoneberger arrived on time, assessed the warp in the metal section that was preventing the door from closing and felt confident that bracing the door with one strut would fix the problem.  My garage door hasn't been serviced or lubed in eleven years -- but Brian got it fixed and humming like new.  Aside from installing the strut, Brian lubed everything; he taught me how to lubricate all of the hinges and moving parts; he changed out the dead battery on the exterior key pad, reprogrammed it, and then taught me how to reprogram it; and without asking, he replaced one of the dead lightbulbs in the overhead unit and fixed the problem with the socket that was causing the bulb to go out.  He even gave me a spare can of the proper lubricant for my future use. He did all of this within about an hour.  My impression is that this is a family-owned business that operates with integrity; they take pride in the service they provide and they strive for excellence.  They have earned my trust.  I am noting that my first call was to Door Doctor in Sterling. Door Doctor knew that I wanted the door fixed in one visit but instead sent "an estimator" whose prognosis for the repair vasilated and cost estimate nearly doubled by the time he was done assessing my situation.  So glad I followed my instincts and decided to get a second opinion, and really glad that I found the Stonebergers.

"Elite Garage Door handled my garage door repair job very efficiently, I talked to the lady at Elite Garage Door later in the afternoon, and she asked me to send some pictures of my garage door and the broken spring to Tim, Tim was very knowledgeable, he provided me detailed information on the types of springs and let me decide which type to use. They sent out the technician the next morning, and have my garage door problem fixed."
