"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. "I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

"It went great! Nado is wonderful to work with. He's take a real interest in the project and is happy to offer suggestions and even fix existing problems without needing to be asked. For example, he respackled the room two times before painting it (to correct the shoddy job the previous owner did) just to make sure the new work came out nice.
The quality of the work is fantastic as well. He's very knowledgeable about his craft and can handle anything you throw at him (including my crazy ExactTemp valve I had picked out ;-) ) He took care of the plumbing the first day (My condo requires advanced notice to shut off the water so we had to work around their schedule), then spent about 2 days for the rest of the work. He took care of disposing everything and gave the room a good vacuum when he was done.
I wish I could post a picture of the bathroom but you'll have to take my word that it came out awesome.

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
