"We had a great experience from end to end with Tim and his crew.  They showed up right on time and we're prepared with 3 guys (including Tim), hand trucks, furniture pads, and shrink wrap. They immediately jumped into preparing all of the items which consistent of mainly large furniture (e.g. beds, media centers, bookcases, etc) and about 10 boxes of mixed sizes that we packed prior to their arrival.  They packed everything up in an efficient manner and it took about an hour and a half to get on the road.  After a drive down to the new place, they jumped right out and started moving stuff. They had a little trouble with a few items that were large and had to cut around tight corners or spaces; however, they were proactive in figuring out a way to get the furniture in by removing a handrail or two.  As soon as they were done with those items, they promptly re-attached the handrails and continued on with the rest of the move.  They were also very conscientious to make sure they weren't tracking mud or any debris into the house as they loaded/unloaded.  Tim's crew were also very personable and polite. All said, we had no damage done to any of the furniture or items we packed (some of which was glassware). We are very happy with the move and the great job done by Tim and his team!"

"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

"I originally hired Marshall Painter (from Great American Log Homes) to add a landing and stairs to my deck and put in a patio under my deck. They did such a great job that I hired them again to do my basement and basement bathroom. I was not disappointed, Marshall, Raul (and their guys) did another terrific job on my basement. "Will gave a very competitive estimate for the work desired and told me exactly what I would need to buy to complete the job. I purchased the doors and painted them myself to save a little on cost. He put forth a ton of effort making the doors fit within some very crooked walls, even shaving off portions of the doors that weren't fitting and making sure everything lined up perfectly. He even repainted the portions of the doors that required cutting even though that wasn't originally a part of the deal. He cleaned up after himself and the installation looked great."

"While the service people Craftmasters sent were on time, professional, and courteous and the work completed looks quite nice, I would avoid using Craftmasters again in the future due to the large, unexpected costs associated with the work. 
We purchased an Angie's List deal for $299 for replace four lights in our living room with recessed lights. The entire job (with the $299 Angies List Deal) cost about $780, which we weren't expecting from reading the terms and conditions. Craftmasters Service purchased the recessed lights for us but did not confirm the diameter of the lights being replaced. As a result each of the four recessed lights needed to be moved about 5 inches from their their original location, which left us paying for the full electrical installation fee and also left four holes in the ceiling. We were originally told that they would come repair the drywall, but we never heard back from Craftmasters and had to eventually find another service provider.
