"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

"The company took my call after 7pm, and I spoke with Ali. He said he could make it to my place between 9am - 11am; however, he showed up at 830am and he even called in advance. Prompt and professional. Ali was professional and understood my concerns and needs for getting my freezer assessed and/or addressed. The problem turned out to be the ventilation fan for my appliance. The fridge is 18 years old, and he understood that I need to communicate that there is no value in repairing the appliance so that the insurance company could make a decision. "The visit went well and the service person was on time.  The first diagnosis was not correct and a defroster part was ordered and replaced.  The problem was not corrected.  A second visit was required and the action taken at that time corrected the blocked drain hose problem.  We have not had any problem since the 2d repair visit.
